Return & Refund Policy
PLEASE READ ALL SECTIONS BELOW BEFORE FILLING OUT A “PRODUCT RETURN FORM”.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any used products. No exceptions. Even if you clean it out & make it look brand new, we still will not accept it. (This includes grinders, detox, dab tools, accessories, etc.)
If you return a used item, you will not be eligible for a refund. Any product that has its own product packaging must be returned in its original packaging, unused, otherwise, we cannot accept the return.
Our team at Zahoo Wholesale cares about your opinion & feedback, so we understand if you change your mind on a purchase or are not completely satisfied. In the highly unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, for any reason, please call us at (951) 532-8151 or email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your package, and let us know if you would like a return or exchange**.
We are not responsible for any damages that are done to products/accessories/vapes, etc. as a result of the users use or misuse. We do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements if that were to occur.
WE DO CHARGE A 30% RESTOCKING FEE FOR RETURNS ON ALL GLASS OR ACCESSORIES.
We only accept returns on unused products, and a return claim must be filed within 7 days of the delivery date. We are not able to accept any returns, exchanges, or full or partial refunds on products that have been used. Please thoroughly inspect all items received prior to use in order to avoid any problems later on. If you decide to send an item back, please be sure to package it the same way it arrived to ensure that it does not break on the way back to us.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees incurred on preference-based returns. A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund sooner than expected. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3-5 business days).

We believe that a good business stands behind their policies and corrects their errors & sometimes the journey for the shipment might be a little rough. In the unfortunate event of receiving a damaged product, please make sure you take the following steps to ensure getting a replacement is quick & easy:
Step #1: Upon arrival, inspect the product thoroughly & take clear photos of the damaged product.
Step #2: Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the pictures you took, your order
number, and a short description of what is wrong with the damaged product.
Step #3: We will send you a return shipping label.
Step #4: Repackage the item in the box it arrived in & send it back to:
