Yes, we do ship internationally via any liable sources of postal services (i.e U.S. Postal Services, FedEx, DHL, etc.). If you are ordering from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, or any other state/country, we do charge shipping and handling fees. Fees will vary depending on the weight and dimension of the order.

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at info@seapayglassware.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We will disregard your order and assure that you get your money back within 1-3 business days. However, in many cases, you will receive your money back sooner than expected. If you would like to change something on your order, simply send us an email with your order number and let us know what alterations you would like to make. Our helpful team will do their best to accommodate your needs.

You may return unused and undamaged items in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy page for instructions and full details on how you can get that set up.

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to receive, process, and pack your order. Once this process is complete, we will send you an email with a tracking number to let you know the estimated time of arrival. Please be advised that once USPS, FedEx, etc. has your package, we have no control over the delivery date and there may be delays due to various reasons. Your package should arrive on the date indicated by your tracking number.

Since we only supply to wholesalers, we do not charge sales tax on any product. However, we do charge a shipping and handling fee on all orders.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any warranty options at the moment. Only replacement options are offered if your order is received broken or damaged in any way. (Please see our Return & Refund Policy for further information on requesting a replacement). We are working on getting these options ready for our customers in the near future. Unlike other online headshops, we cut out the middleman and work directly with manufacturers worldwide and hand the savings over to our customers. We do not work with other suppliers or brokers. Our team also specializes in Quality Control and goes through extreme measures to inspect our products after we receive them from the manufacturer. This limits our loss from having to destroy products which we deem unworthy. The products go through another round of quality checks before they are shipped to you. This assures our customers with complete satisfaction and the best products in the market.

We don’t want to blow your cover or get you into a mess that you can’t get out of! We respect your privacy. All of our packages are shipped in unmarked brown boxes or USPS priority boxes. All of our orders are delivered in premium packaging to ensure that your products stay intact.

In most cases, an adult (21 years or older) will have to sign upon delivery. However, sometimes the shipping carier does not require a signature.
